Do you have after hours care?
We are an out-patient setup, open from 9 am to 8 pm. In case of emergency, it is advisable to consult at nearest hospital.
Do I have to re-register if I have services at multiple doctors?
No, you need to register only once. The system will allow your information to be available to all of the treating doctors
What information will the Patient Services Representative need to schedule an appointment?
Please have the following patient information ready: Patient’s full name (including middle initial) Date of birth Current address and phone number Physician’s name who you wish to schedule appointment with Purpose of the appointment* *It is important to let the scheduler know about all of the concerns you would like to be addressed during your appointment so we can schedule the appropriate amount of time to care for your needs.
If I call with a question for the doctor, when can I expect a call back?
Our doctors may not be able to answer your calls right away. In case they aren’t available, please leave us your full name, patient id, reason for calling and your current phone number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. However, physical consultations are much preferred for better assessment and advice.
What if I can't make my appointment and I need to reschedule?
Please call your physician’s office as soon as you realize you will not be able to keep your appointment. We prefer all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to give another patient the opportunity to be seen.
